Emptying system of fruit pulps, juices and concentrates

This equipment was developed to empty the bins and barrels of fruit pulps, juices and concentrates contained into 200 or 1000 liters aseptic bags. The equipment enables to remove the product by using a pneumatic pump.

The set consists of:

• stainless steel structure for barrels on pallets or bins provided with drive pistons of the discharge pump.
• discharge pump for barrels and bins with activation by pneumatic engine.
• the pump is interconnected with the discharge piping of the fruit pulp by a flexible hose.
• command panel.
