WEB REMOTE CONNECTION “WRC”

All TFM systems equipped with the intermediate automation package (sterilizers, concentrators, aseptic fillers, etc.) provide for the optional installation of the WRC system.

The "WRC" system is an "Ewon" Modem that will be connected by Ethernet cable to the PLC and to the touchscreen control panel, which will allow our technical service to have the remote access of the equipment, being able to control and intervene in the operation directly from our headquarters.

The WRC system has several advantages:

• It allows to detect the nature of possible problems that can occur and to define with this the best solution, avoiding displacement of technicians and associated high costs;
• Allows remote operation of equipment and verification of all programming parameters.
• It is possible to change or customize the equipment software according to the customers needs.
• Allows TFM technicians to track the training of new operators remotely.

Along with the modems delivery is included a package of hours of remote technical assistance.

The Aseptic Filler – AGRO Version was developed for Bag in Box filling processes intended for the agricultural sector, serving applications such as biofertilizers, inoculants, live products, liquid fertilizers and similar inputs. This version uses ozone for sterilization, ensuring the microbiological integrity of the process and offering a controlled environment for sensitive products. Compatible with aseptic bags from 3 to 20 liters, the solution ensures filling precision and product stability throughout the entire filling cycle.

Tropical Food Machinery, from Pouso Alegre (MG), launches new Bag in Box aseptic filling machines in Agro and Dairy versions. The Agro version uses ozone for sterilization, ideal for inoculants and biofertilizers. The Dairy version uses hydrogen peroxide, ensuring safety in the packaging of dairy bases and Low Acid products. Low acidity products meet FDA (USA) standards, ensuring quality and export.
