Water system for tomato discharge

Water system for tomato discharge

The system of unloading and water transport for tomato in bulk is the best solution nowadays for the processing of large quantities of tomato in the modern industrial facilities.

The load of tomatoes is received from trucks with side doors and the load is quickly unloaded into the main receiving duct by jets of water in a closed circuit.

The main canal is provided with a separator device for clods of soil and stones, besides a cleaning system for the bottom of the canal that works through the aperture of water discharge valves that maintain the system free from sand and earth which are accumulated after many hours of operation.

The auxiliary canals drive the tomatoes to the system of branches removal through the water that feeds the system. The equipment is optional, but is recommended for mechanically harvested industrial tomatoes.

All used water in the process is recovered, filtered and reused in closed circuit.
