Combined multi fruit line TF 1000

Combined Multi Fruit Line TF 1000

The combined Multifruit technological line was designed to all enterprises that want to install a processing line for whole pulps and juices production with processing capacity not over 1,500kg per hour of fruit input. The line is assembled in three basic modules where the two first are related to pulp washing and pulp extraction and the third can be configured for aseptic bottling system or frozen product.

The advantages offered by the combined line are listed below:

  • With simple setup adjustments it is possible to process different kinds of fruits;
  • It is ideal for areas where the availability of fruit is varied with a small crop being not enough for the continuous processing, usual in areas of extractivism;
  • It is ideal for the processing of exotic fruits with higher added-value;
  • There is the possibility to increase the final production by working in the line in many daily working shifts;
  • Minimum initial investment;
  • Low costs of maintenance;
  • Low consumption of utilities;
  • Ease handling of the equipment and production control;
  • Production of whole juice according to GDO standards;
  • Aseptic or frozen productions are possible.

It is possible to define four distinct technological cycles covering a wide range of fruit by setup configuration:

  • Fruits with stones: mango, peach, apricot, avocado …
  • Fruits for grinding or cutting: guava, passion fruit, pear, pomegranate …
  • Fruits with peel to separate: pineapple, papaya, melon, citrus fruits …
  • Small fruits: strawberry, Acerola, raspberry, cherry, blackberry, grape, lychee …

Basic configuration for each module as follow below:

MODULE OF COMBINED SYSTEM OF MULTIFRUIT WASHING

The Multifruit combined washer performs the washing preliminary operations before pulp extraction such as:

  • Washer
  • Brushing section
  • Selection
  • Pre heating

MODULE OF MULTIFRUIT PULP EXTRACTION

The equipment receives the fruit from the elevator and performs the extraction of the pulp from the most diversified fruits performing specific treatments through the combined utilization of different processing units.

The combined set consists of:

  • Grinder
  • Pulp extraction unit
  • Pulp extraction unit by rotating beaters
  • Tubular pre heating / enzymatic deactivator
  • Dual stage refining set / press
  • Equilibration tank
  • Centrifugal decanter

MODULE OF ASEPTIC / FROZEN STERILIZATION AND FILLING

The module is responsible for deaeration, sterilization and product cooling for later aseptic packaging. It is also possible configuring the module for production of frozen pulp.

The combined set consists of:

  • Deaerator
  • Sterilizer / tubular cooler
  • CIP cleaning system
  • Command panel
  • Aseptic filler for packaging from 5 to 200 liters

Apis Flora - Concentrated Propolis Line

In 2019, we completed the delivery of a concentrated propolis production line through alcoholic extraction and subsequent vacuum evaporation. The process involves the propolis, initially in the form of wax from the apiary, being added to grain alcohol within a process tank specifically designed for this purpose. In the mixing tank, the product is kept constantly stirred, undergoing successive heating and cooling operations over many hours. After this period, the propolis will be diluted. The settled sediment is discarded, and the product is sent to the concentrator for alcohol evaporation and propolis concentration. The concentration pot facilitates vacuum evaporation, and the evaporated alcohol is recovered in an indirect condenser and sent back to the alcohol accumulation tank. The final product is pure and concentrated propolis. All equipment was constructed following safety standards for explosive atmospheres and ATEX certification. Currently, the line is in perfect operation, adding value to our customer.

Demerara – 1000 Multi-fruit line

Between 2020 and 2021, we successfully completed the delivery of a 1000 Multifruit processing line to Demerara, a company located in Guyana. This partnership marked a significant milestone in the regional fruit processing industry and deserves due recognition.
